  • How can I reserve Lean3?
    • All Lean3 reserve are placed exclusively through the Lean Mobility official pre-order website.
  • Can I reserve Lean3 if I live in another country?
    • Currently, pre-orders is available only in Taiwan and Japan. Other markets are under preparation. Please stay tuned.
  • Can I cancel my pre-order?
    • Yes. Prior to signing the formal Purchase Agreement, you may apply to cancel your reservation at any time through the account management portal on the website. During the contract review period, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellation your reservation, please refer to the Lean3 reservation Terms.
  • When is the estimated delivery schedule?
    • After regulatory approval is completed and mass production officially begins, the first deliveries(B2B) are expected to start after August 2026.
      Actual delivery timing will be arranged based on the order confirmation sequence.

      Deliveries for individual pre-orders (B2C) are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027. Actual delivery timing will be arranged based on the order confirmation sequence.
  • What is the difference between the corporate version and the consumer version?
    • • Corporate Version:
      Comes with a matte black base exterior and can be customized with corporate branding wraps. Silver is available as optional upgrades.
      (Options for corporate pre-orders placed before April 8, 2026 will be announced separately.)

      • Consumer Version:
      Available in Silver, White, and Yellow as standard color options.
  • Where can I get maintenance or servicing for Lean3?
    • We will establish physical sales and service centers in northern, central, and southern Taiwan. More details will be announced prior to the official market launch.
  • What are the charging specifications for Lean3?
    • Lean Mobility will provide a home charging adapter for Lean3. Charging times are as follows:
      • AC 100V: 0% – 100% in approximately 7 hours
      • AC 200V: 0% – 100% in approximately 5 hours
  • Is Lean3 classified as a motorcycle or a car?
    • According to regulations, Lean3 is under the category of:
      Ordinary Heavy Motorcycle (white license plate).
      Drivers must hold a standard passenger car license or above.
  • Can Lean3 be driven on highways or expressways?
    • No. According to regulations, Lean3 is not permitted on highways or expressways.
      On general roads, it follows passenger car regulations:
      Motorcycle lanes are prohibited
      No two-stage left turns are required
  • Should Lean3 be parked in car parking spaces or motorcycle parking spaces?
    • According to regulations, Lean3 is permitted to park in either small car parking spaces.
