Lean3 Reservation Terms and Conditions
1. Product Reservation
Thank you for reserving the Lean3. A reservation secures your priority right to receive delivery of the Lean3 vehicle.
2. Effective Date of Reservation
Your reservation shall become effective only when both of the following conditions are fulfilled:
i. You have completed the online reservation application process; and
ii. You have completed the online reservation application process; and Lean Mobility has successfully received your reservation deposit.
3. Reservation Process and Legal Effect
i. No Sales Contract: This reservation serves solely as a priority reservation right and does not constitute a purchase or sales contract.
ii. Formal Order: When the vehicle approaches mass production, Lean Mobility will notify you in sequence to confirm the final vehicle specifications (such as color and optional equipment). At that time, both parties shall execute a separate and formal Purchase Agreement, which will specify the final sales price, applicable taxes, registration fees, optional equipment, transportation fees, and the estimated delivery date.
iii .Application of Reservation Deposit: If you decide to proceed with the
purchase, the reservation deposit shall be fully and interest-free applied
as part of the vehicle purchase price.
iv .Cancellation and Refund: Prior to signing the formal Purchase Agreement, you may apply to cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
1. Review Period (within 3 days from the reservation date): If you cancel the reservation within the review period, Lean Mobility shall refund the full reservation deposit, without interest, to your original credit card within 30 business days from the date of cancellation application (excluding weekends and national holidays).
2. After the Review Period (from Day 4 onward):
If you cancel the reservation after Day 4 and before signing the
formal Purchase Agreement, Lean Mobility may charge an
administrative fee of NTD 1,000, which shall be deducted from
the reservation deposit. The remaining balance shall be refunded,
without interest, to your original credit card within 30 business
days from the date of cancellation application (excluding
weekends and national holidays).
3. After Signing the Purchase Agreement:
Once the formal Purchase Agreement has been signed,
cancellation of the reservation and any refund requests will no
longer be accepted.
4. Payment Handling and Non-Transferability
• Nature of Funds: You acknowledge that Lean Mobility will not pay any
interest on the reservation deposit. In accordance with the laws and
regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the deposit will be properly
held in the company’s account.
• Non-Transferability: Without prior written consent from Lean Mobility,
the reservation rights may not be transferred or assigned to any third
party.
5. Personal Data Protection
For the purpose of fulfilling this agreement and subsequent vehicle delivery
arrangements, Lean Mobility shall collect, process, and use your personal data
in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China
(Taiwan). You may exercise your legal rights to access, correct, or request
deletion of your personal data at any time.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from this reservation shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as
the court of first instance.
